The staff were attentive and helpful, and the pool was nice; the location is convenient as it's close to the highway, with nearby restaurants and a stadium.

The location is comfortable and ideal, 10 minutes' walk to The Pavillion. The rooms are beautifully maintained and reasonably priced with modern amenities.

I liked comfy and ideal location so close to hustorih areas to explore, Kentucky Horse Park and several trains during the night, it was in a fairly nice area. I found nice Chick-fil-A by accident, it was at walking distance from the hotel. The pool was clean and I had alcoholic drinks in the salad bar. There were free internet and good parking available.

The hotel has an ideal and unbeatable location, close to the expressway. The rooms are impressive, beautifully maintained, and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, an iron/ironing board, and a work desk.

Just that the place was clean

I found just a bed even I explained we were 3 persons. The free Internet is a lie; I couldn't use it either with a laptop nor with an ipad. A man open my room about 5:30am, he was about 80 years old. I complained at customer services and the person in charge didn't care about it. At checking out, I asked for a receipt and the customer services representative told me that she will send it to my email, until now I have not received anything.

The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and freindly. Great location for visit with family. Grandchildren loved the pool. Location was great. easy on and easy off the expressway.

The location is convenient and ideal, situated near shopping areas, Cattlemen's steak house, and several trains. It's in a pretty nice area. A quick 10-minute walk is needed to reach The Pavilion.

The restaurant was a great value with excellent food!! Our group of friends loved the separate seating area by the fire place for all of us to hang out.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were very amiable. Comfortable bed. Beautifully maintained room with a magnificent view. Ideal location close to stores, historic areas to explore, restaurants, and Walmart. Convenient for a horse competition at the Kentucky Horse Park.

The snow in the parking lot could have been cleaned up better. However, in fairness to the hotel, the snow received was not normal.
